The school is situated in Castelnuovo Magra SP, Liguria,
where the surrounded area is made of plenty gardens, hills, forests and a
beautiful seaside not far from the village.
Castelnuovo Magra lies in a beautiful countryside . Its
territory is comprised between the Apuan Alps and Ligurian Sea, with a great
variety of environments (woodlands, streams, marshes) and the countryside are
covered with olive oil trees and vineyards plus other vegetable gardens.
Castelnuovo is very closed to the mouth of Magra
river, Montemarcello- Magra Natural Park, Alpi Apuane Natural Park and Cinque
Terre National Park is only 30 Km distance. Pisa (Tuscany) is 60 Km distance.
Since 1996 Castelnuovo Magra belongs to an association of
the local authorities for peace and human rights.
